- Specialist at Phaco surgery for Cataract since 1999. Proficient at performing Phaco under topical anesthesia with no injection and no patch technique. Performed Live phaco surgery and presented various techniques at Ophthalmology conferences. Specialist at specialty lenses such as multifocal, toric and accommodative lenses.

ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Established in 1969 by Dr Subhash P Kadam who graduated from Mumbai and started practice in Vadodara.
- Implantation of the Earliest Intra ocular Lenses after Cataract surgery in the city in 1984.
- Earliest Contact Lens Clinic started by Dr Sunita Kadam
- Installed the first YAG laser for Post Cataract Surgery patients.
- Inaugurated the hospital at Akota in 1998 which today is the heart of Dr Kadam’s Eye Hospital Chain.
- Installed the first Phaco Machine in the city for Catract Surgery.
- Glaucoma Centre Established by Dr. Ranjit Kadam with the latest Auto perimeter and Applanation Tonometer.
- Dr. Kadam’s Eye hospital at Nizampura, Vadodara inaugurated by Dr Ranjit and Dr Manisha in the year 1999.
- Constant upgradation of the Facilities with procurement of Millenium Microsurgical Phaco system with capabilities to do both Phaco surgery and Retinal surgeries.
- Earlies Micro Phaco and Phaco NIT surgeries performed in the city by Dr Ranjit Kadam.
- Kadam Eye Bank and Corneal transplant surgery centre set up by Dr Manisha Kadam.
- Kadam Eye LASIK Centre started by Dr Ranjit and Dr Manisha Kadam. This centre features state of art refractive surgery set up for permanent removal of Spectacle numbers.
